I rarely respond to emails about ISrael anymore - people are all so entrenched, and I am too busy and too despairing - but I am in Jerusalem this week, and yesterday I was chatting to my nephew Avi - a first year medical student at Hadassah Medical School,Jerusalem.
He mentioned casually that 40 of the 100 students in his year are Arabs.
This is not the intake policy of an apartheid institution.
